- Any member wishing to cancel their travel arrangements with South Leeds Independent other than exceptional circumstances must do so within 72 hours of the match day. Failure to do this will incur a penalty of £10 towards transportation costs and would be payable before the booking of any further match day travel.
- Membership applications will be accepted at South Leeds Independent general meetings which will be held in conjunction with the SLI Leeds United away game phase scheme (dates to be confirmed). Membership prices will remain the same throughout the year regardless of phase enrolled.
- Any member or representative of South Leeds Independent act solely as ambassadors for the club and it’s good standing. Any members found acting in a manner that the SLI considers detrimental to it’s interests will be subject to an investigation by the club committee and could result in their membership being cancelled.
- In the event that damage is caused to either South Leeds Independent property or any coach used for the purpose of Leeds United games, the individual member(s) will be held responsible for any cost that may be incurred and could also face membership cancellation.
- In the unlikely event that any transport is cancelled, South Leeds Independent will endeavor to find members alternative travel with other supporters organisations. If this is not possible, members would need to make their own travel arrangements. South Leeds Independent will not be held responsible for any costs that this may incur.
- South Leeds Independent members will always take priority on ticket and travel bookings although membership does not instantly guarantee either. Members should always contact the club at least 7 days before to confirm ticket and travel allocation.
- South Leeds Independent operate a loyalty scheme for members based on away game attendance. Their may be at certain points throughout the season opportunities to qualify for additional discounted ticket and travel.
- South Leeds Independent reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
- Each subscription will auto-renew each year, unless cancelled 14 days before.
